Happily@Sea Posted October 18, 2017 #7 Share Posted October 18, 2017 (edited) She'll be arriving at sea buoy at 0430, so I'll miss sail-in, but with that early arrival and all the legal/official stuff she has to do, maybe she can leave on time. At least the pax shouldn't be all bundled-up. See you all tomorrow. ETA: Nieuw Amsterdam will also be in Aruba - same time as EDT 0800-2000. Rare perfect match Posted October 18, 2017 #10 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Thanks, Scrapnana! We will be watching since we will be on the next sailing! I posted the webcam link on our roll call, and the people from our sailing who are also on this one have promised to be waving at the webcam, so be sure you're waving back at them. :D I think I will post a link to this thread over on our roll call.
Rare rafinmd Posted October 18, 2017 #11 Share Posted October 18, 2017 I think that's 3AM my time! I'll have to be satisfied with Amsterdam's 600 sail away from Osaka. Enjoy yours! Roy

Happily@Sea Posted October 18, 2017 #15 Share Posted October 18, 2017 K'dam arrived at sea buoy just after 5 am, so hopefully - no problems getting her out on time.
NCTribeFan Posted October 18, 2017 #16 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Is that really dock 19? I'm looking at the webcam and it looks more like 24. Not that it matters! That was the itinerary I really wanted but I couldn't book that date. Still, it will be my turn in 3 weeks! :D
Rare ski ww Posted October 18, 2017 #17 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Thanks for the heads up. That time of year again. To early to watch the sail in, but I'll be here for the sail away. Allan
Rare Vict0riann Posted October 18, 2017 #18 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Exciting! And I was happy to see the itinerary. We are doing this cruise in January, and the itinerary has not changed - it includes St. Martin and St. Thomas. I kind of hope we get this new itinerary, too. I think HAL hopes to be able to resume the old itinerary by January 3, but I don't see how the ports will be ready after all the damage they sustained. I probably won't be here for sailaway, but I'll be thinking of you. We are in Newfoundland and leaving on a little road trip with DD today. 0bnxshs Posted October 18, 2017 #21 Share Posted October 18, 2017 I think I'll be here to watch today! Kind of a dreary day here in Central Florida now although the morning was perfect. Looks dreary down in FLL too... :(
Rare Scrapnana Posted October 18, 2017 Author #22 Share Posted October 18, 2017 It sure is nice to see a blue hulled ship in FLL again! Unfortunately, I will have to miss the first sail-away :(because I am taking friends to the airport. Hopefully, nothing will come up on Friday to keep me away from sail-away.:D
