enough food for a week'

Loved the bird pictures and Eddie99, you just brought memories of my dear, late father-in-law flooding back. He loved to say that rhyme to his grandchildren who thought it was hilarious. Great memories of a wonderful man. Great pictures of St. Kitts. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience there as we were docked way out of town in a very remote area, it was a Sunday so very little happening and the weather wasn't brilliant either. We did enjoy the sugar train ride and there were a lot of very merry passengers when we got off!!!

Loved our visit to Nevis,The first time we visited St Kitts we went on the Sugar Train.Last time we walked from the ship to Palm Court Gardens (small charge) which I can recommend

St Kitts,   Jan 2018,  really enjoyed the Island, the locals are very friendly, not in your face ,like some other islands, we opted for the Sugar Cane train, like others have said, it's very Shake rattle & roll for 3hrs, or is that the pina coladas/ rum punches. Can i just add, Im  enjoying the other pictures from places i have not visited ,having a photographic eye draws me to some of the details, keep up the good work.

Only a few. Our first couple of Caribbean cruises are tucked away on USB sticks.... somewhere.

Having done numerous visits to Basseterre the challenge was always to capture that Clock Tower without either traffic on its roundabout or folk (local or otherwise0 sat on it).

 

Bingo,  on our last visit last year the opportunity arose...

We haven't done the train ride. We were last in St Kitts in 2016, and by the time we decided we wanted to do it, the tour was sold out

Visited St. Kitts in 2015 and went swimming with dolphins. It was one of the things that my daughter wanted to do, so the family clubbed together for the 30th birthday present.

Yes, we were also pulled along by two dolphins, and pushed up into the air by them. We booked it independently.

Good morning from St Lucia on Arcadia November 2018 , we went on a private excursion to the pitons and snorkel between them, and a lot of other stuff like the mud baths , volcano, banana plant, local food tasting and lots of rum tasting.

We visited St Lucia on a Sunday and enjoyed a leisurely stroll around Castries.
