ms Nieuw Statendam in Port Everglades November 28, 2021

Nieuw Statendam is scheduled for 4pm departure and Edge at 4.30pm.  I'm thinking that similar to yesterday, NSD will delay slightly so as she does not need to sail around Edge to depart.

The Edge is still scheduled for 4.30pm however Nieuw Statendam is now scheduled for 4.45pm departure.

That would make sense.  I will watch both sail away.  The Port Everglades camera is up today so that will be good.

Even if Edge leaves right at 4:30 - as slow as she backs up, NS will NOT leave at 4:45, unless it is just to pull away from the pier. That could happen - and technically - she is leaving. We'll see. At least we should hear toots today. 😄

I'm having trouble with both Ft Lauderdale and PT Everglades webcams.  Sure would like to see and hear NS as she leaves.

Captain Donselaar of the Nieuw Amsterdam, says his kids watch as he leaves and waits for the toots as well.  So he has family pressure to perform!
