Diamond status priority boarding

We are cruising with a group and we are the only ones with Diamond status. How far ahead will we board if we all arrive at the port at the same time?

You will board the ship at the same time as the rest of your group. Diamond doesn't get you on the ship any quicker. Unless you are in a suite.

Diamond does not get you that perk.  We just sailed on SOS and I believe only Pinnacle and suite guests are allowed into a separate line. Maybe even D+. But not Diamond.

On the symphony, Harmony and Allure we got on right when they called the suite and key then diamond + and diamond all this year.

We had a check in time of 11:00. I just went with that. Hubs was shocked how quick we were on the ship.

We are diamond plus. We sail from Southampton there was a massive queue to get on the ship. We saw an employee and said we were diamond plus and they escorted us straight to a check in desk. We were on the ship very quickly while the other people were still queuing.

No separate line but when we were all in building they called diamond right after suite and key. On 4 of our cruises this year

Wonder this past weekend...suites, pins, key then by check in time.  No benefit for any C&A tier.

It varies from port to port it seems.  The only priority at Port Everglades is Suites/Pinnacle and Key.  Other than that is depends on your check in time.  Both Harmony, Odyssey, Vision and Liberty all start boarding around 11:00ish.  If you look at the benefit page, there is no more priority boarding listed for any tier except Pinnacle.

In Seattle, the priority line is Suites/Pinnacle, and that line only gets you priority entry to the building.

It may depend on the port. port Canaveral has in the past allowed D to board earlier, right after D+

on the Wonder a few weeks ago they called Suites, Pinnacles and then The Key.
 

All of the rest of us were seated according to our check in time and this was the order they called us to board.

We all have a check in time of 10:30. This year is Oasis in Miami. Last year we were on the Odyssey out of Fort Lauderdale and we were put in a Diamond section and we boarded right after D+ and well before the masses of other people. That is why I asked about this coming cruise. I think we will just stick with them. It seems like Miami/Oasis doesn't follow the tier status.

In most ports, if you are D or D+ not in a suite, you do NOT get priority check-in.  You get priority boarding, because they call those groups before general boarding.

We boarded in Port Canaveral last week and the only priority boarding was for Suites/Key/Pinnacle. We are Diamond Plus and there was no special seating or early boarding for anyone else. Everyone sat in their assigned CHECK IN time slots and were called in that order.

That was not true during our Thanksgiving Freedom cruise. Diamond members boarded before everyone "below" that.
