Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises Merging Accounts Into One

Recommended Posts

I cleared my cookies because I was getting a bad request gateway and not it's working.. granted I was able to access the original site just fine.

Updating on this

While some parts still work, majority of my cruises is still not working for me either. Certain clicks still get me bad gateway request. Has been happening since the site updated.

I’m having the same problem. I was directed to change my password on their updated webpage and now I can’t get in. I’m getting the same message. I know they are rolling out a new site so I figure there are glitches but I’ve tried for two days.

I have 3 upcoming cruises

1

2

3

I click on #3 and #2 and the reservation will open but if I click on #1 I receive a message telling me to come back later

Solution that I found

Reservation #1 will only open if I click first on reservation #2

Some things are so complicated with royal website 🤨

The person that publishes the Royal Caribbean Blog posted a back door link to the old way to access My Cruises on twitter. It worked for me.

Shak

Would you please post the link to get into the back door the old way?

Thank you!!!!

I realize I am late to the party...I just went through an hour of hell trying to log on and change passwords on both Celebrity and RCCL. I have a cruise booked on both. The new website, needless to say...SUCKS. Why why why do they have to keep changing everything.

I’m more curious about WHY they are doing this ( other than the obvious: testing all of us before letting us book anything. :-). )
Good point.

Does it say anywhere what's new in the update - and what's no longer going to be there - when it's running properly?

Try clearing your browser and clear cookies!

It works!

Just saying.

I'm glad to hear some people are having success but I've tried these things with 2 different browsers and still not able to get in. (Blue screen with the try again later response) I am able to get in through the back door way, but it still will not accept my payment for a cruise planner purchase. I have been trying for 3 days. What a clown show this whole thing is.

Try using your email address instead of your user ID that worked for me.

I thought my problem was resolved, however, after I get to the cruise planner and want to look at excursions/specialty restaurants, it asks to log in--I do and it brings me back to the previous screen. Did it 3 times and as my boss used to say it is simply a "circle jerk".

I am able to look at all of my cruises taken and they left one out--7 night Grandeur Feb. 3, 2001. Good thing I keep an Excel spreadsheet. I'll wait and see if it self corrects.;p

I can finally get into my account, but when I click on Cruise Planner, I get a page saying "Bad Request." I tried to get in through my DH's account with the same result. Luckily I don't cruise until June, but still annoying. I guess RC hasn't heard of testing before launching.

I stopped reading a few pages back, but just got an email saying my edocs are ready The link doesn't work.

Try going in via the "Already Booked" menu. My docs aren't ready yet (figured I'd try), but I was able to get to that part via that method.

Still can't get into my Cruise Planner, but hey, it's progress. I think.
