Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises Merging Accounts Into One

Looking at all this, and the way they are changing things around with the loyalty program, I would not be surprised if they merge Royal, Celebrity and Azamara into one line. I think this is just the prelude to that happening. When they bought out Celebrity, they said it would continue to operate as its own brand. But they have also said in the past they are not changing the loyalty program, they would improve the website, and that they valued our continued loyalty. All of these have been proven to be wrong.

I give it a year, tops, before they announce they are combining at least two of the lines ... probably Royal and Celebrity.

A few companies operate several lines which have their own USPs so i would doubt they would combine any.

We'd be lucky to see the two web sites even mention and directly link the other brand let alone combining - not happening for a very long time. The two lines are marketed to different demographics and will keep their identities.

I logged into RC website & my C&A number is completely different.

I assume that explains why there are no sailing in my history.

Is this just part of the new websites' glitches, in which case I will be patient for a few weeks before contacting c&a, or are they actually changing everyone's c&a number?

I am having the same issue. It was fine, but when I called Casino Royale a few days ago they noticed my last sailing was not showing in me history. They said it was put under a different C& A, even though my points and status were right. They called crown and anchor and said they requested the accounts be merged. But now when I log in, it shows me with 0 pts, pregold, and with a completely different C&A. My Cruise history is gone, but my current cruises are there.

My C&A points are wrong on the website but when I called them, they had the correct points. Let’s hope their website catch’s up sooner than later. I can’t believe how much trouble their IT department has all the time.

So try going into settings and put in your correct number and see what happens.

This should correct your points.

 

 

Royal told me to log in go to settings write my C&A # down cause I will need to re-enter it.

 

Change my birthday by 1 year and save.

 

Go to Dashboard and make sure C&A# disappears.

 

Go back to settings correct the birth year then Log Out.

 

Wait 1 minute the Log in.

 

Then re-enter C&A # if not there. save again.

 

Log off, wait 1 minute then log on again.

 

After that my points were corrected.

Holy crap - it worked for me too! And I just about had my much better half talked into retaking the triple digit points worth of missing cruises.;)

Even on the settings page? Try going though the steps that Leo outlined above. When I did that my C&A number disappeared and I was able to re-enter my number on the settings page. Everything corrected after that.

When I was finally able to sign in after 3 weeks I was missing 6 points. I did that fix and "Voila" there they were.

 

And as far as taking the extra cruises. Who am I to stop you? :D

Can someone tell me how to log into my Crown & Anchor account now? Since they changed the website I am not able to find where to check my profile & onboard preferences...

Thanks....I sail the end of this month so I want to make sure my preferences didn't get messed up with the website "improvement"....:)

After I tried logging in several times and couldn't get nowhere, I called C&A. They told me to choose "Forgot my password" to get a reset email. Upon doing that I got the email to reset my user name and password. The user name is now the email associated with my account. I can now log in and the screen looks completely different. That C&A page we are all use to seeing is gone. There is no where to select C&A stuff that I can see. You see what looks like an active button, press it but nothing happens. I can see my personal info, past cruises and my Loyalty number with Celebrity but can't do much else. I don't think what they have is an improvement at all IMO.
