Some RC ships have poolside movies and some have movies in other places.

Will we find Popcorn anywhere?

Anthem sold popcorn every night by the theater doors.

On several of the Oasis class ships, popcorn and candy movie style were offered for a fee outside of the Studio B. No clue what the cost of popcorn was.........(plenty of free food available!)

Last time on Harmony they sold popcorn near the Aqua Theater $$'s.

I love that they charge $3 for a small box of popcorn,  but earlier that night a guest could order all the free lobster tails he/she wanted.

I am not justifying the sale of popcorn: Princess gives it away for free at MUTS.

 

But the machine costs money.  The ingredients cost money.  The containers cost money.  The existence of it increases cleaning costs.  And those machines are NOT fun to clean at the end of the night.  (I used to do this).

On harmony now. And the have it on deck 5 near the bars and pizza.    Don’t know if it cost anything.   But there was always a few on our table in the bar.

Agree, Pure Profit? Worked Retail, Restaurant Management 35-40yrs ago. Food Cost, Liquor Cost, Labor Cost, depreciation's. Said it many times before. Base cost Cruising is less than half what was 30yrs ago. Like most Travel(and other Businesses) Many Profits in Extras. Works for me as I choose not to pay for extras. Change and Compromise. My Ex is still upset over little things like missing free pillow mints and Stationary Royal use to provide, yet Status now gets free Happy hr drinks, bottles of Wine and carry on Wine. She got my C&A status, I got the kids...

Could you imagine the mess if they gave it away for free? 

Even Disney (who apparently dont nickle and dime) charge for popcorn...
