That is incorrect.  All cruises booked prior to Oct 19 that sail in 2021 qualify.

Loyalty 2X Points applies to new bookings made on 10‌/‌19 – 12‌/‌31‌/‌20 to Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus, and Pinnacle Crown & Anchor Society members. Loyalty 2X Points provides Loyalty members 2X Crown and Anchor points on sailings departing on 1‌/‌1 – 12‌/‌31‌/‌21 ("Eligible Sailings"). Crown and Anchor points will be applied once the guest pays the booking in full and completes the sailing. When reserving, a valid Crown & Anchor Society membership number must be included in the reservation.

Offer applies to new, individual and named group bookings confirmed at prevailing rates, as well as existing bookings for Eligible Sailings made prior to Oct‌ober 1‌9, 20‌20.

Unbelievable the reps are still giving out wrong info.

Thanks I will phone tomorrow, janice

Question.   What is an "Eligible sailing"?

Typical CYA verbiage.  In normal times not all cruises would be eligible for points.  Employees get special fares for family.  Travel agents sometimes use special fares at deep discounts, unmodified free casino cruises don't normally get points.  Charters don't always result in points depending on the contract.

If they didn't include verbiage like this than it might appear ALL cruise fares would get double points.

After my marathon of cancelling, transferring, new bookings, cabin upgrades, etc. this past Tuesday, the next day (yesterday) RCCL cancelled one of the new ones!!  I'm not complaining, because I replaced it with a near identical, 1 day longer, and $1,250 cheaper cruise, and got a $50 obc.  My Big Box rep conferenced in RCCL's rep and he confirmed all about the double points, and  the CWC policy for cancellations, etc., has been extended to 11/30/20 booking date.

He thanked me for staying with them and booking the new cruise, and hoped I don't cancel it.  I told him, "I won't; that's for RCCL to do!!!"  They both couldn't talk for about 30 seconds they were laughing so much.

And, after all the dust settled a second time in 2 days, I had saved $649.

I'm not sure of why you need to phone.  the points are automatically applied once your sailing is complete.  There is nothing anyone needs to do beforehand

Fantastic that saves me hours on the phone, thanks for your help. Janice

We were on Enchantment 4 night out of Miami September 2016. The most we had in the CL was 5, that we saw. It was us, a D+ couple, and Super Mario. The DL wasn’t crowded either from what we saw.

Agree...only time I have seen the DL crowded, was first night.  And those were on sailings out of PC.  There were a few "sneak ins" and "bring a friend/family member" that were not Diamond..which got thinned out pretty quick by very observant concierge.  😉

DL on EN is bigger than the CL.  Also the CL has those floor to ceiling windows, when the sun is in just the right position (aft of the ship) it gets very warm in there!  Nice to have them right across from each other...coffee machine broke or "taken down"...can go to alternate lounge.  We spent most of our time in the DL on that ship.

Our first scheduled cruise back is on EN in February out of San Juan.  Whether it goes is another question.

It's been ages since we've been on EN so I was intrigued by your comments regarding the lounges.  I checked the deck plans and it seems the CL covers a small area of the VCL on Deck 11 and the DL is a larger area on deck 12.  I simply can't envision it though.

That is a bit confusing for most I would expect.  When you get off the elevator, you will be facing aft in the middle of the VCL...simply walk to the left of the bar in the VCL.  You will see a winding raised walkway that goes up to the CL (facing aft).  Turn right from the CL door and you will see a set of about 4 steps directly across that leads to the DL.  The DL is open to the VCL below it, kind of like a loft area.  View out is limited, but found the DL to be very relaxing and comfy.  Kind of a half circle shape.

I love the EN...and missed her dearly when she left us in PC.  She had been there for years doing the 3/4 night cruises.

Nice view over Promenade it had, but very tiny.  Happy hour held down in Blaze due to size.   I think that is where Schooner bar is now?  Could be wrong..but remember it being across the way from the photo gallery...one floor up from Promenade.

The old CL became the DL.   I loved the old CL...great lounge!

Photos still on the website!

We have fond memories of her as well.  I assume you remember when they gave her the stretch.  They did it once and and that was it.  Probably too expensive for the few cabins they added.

DL is in that lofted area above the bar.

Looking forward, from the top of ramp that heads to CL and DL entrances.  DL up to the left.

DL had a lot of people in it so I skipped pictures and never got back with my camera.

Yes, experiment that did not pan out.  Though many fans of the EN do love the extended pool area!

We fondly called her "the enstretchment".  😉

It was opposite side and the other end of the promenade from the Schooner bar.  It was over Boleros.  They added cabins and there is still a small balcony area that is usually closed off (crew balcony?)

It's been reopened
