NSW numbers are meant to rise significantly according to the Premier. How soon before we hit '000?  A friend just sent me a link about 27 people testing positive for COVID on Carnival Vista. For me it depends on the type of steak. For lean fillet I like it rare but anything with a bit of marbling I prefer med-rare.

And they will keep on rising until the Premier puts in a serious lockdown without all the loopholes, and enforces it.

America should have never gone in there in the first place. All this just to kill one man who wasn't even in Afghanistan🙄. They screwed up Afghanistan once you think America would have learnt something. If you don't know how to rebuild a country after war don't start the war. It is cruel to give people hope then take it from them😔.

That sauce sounds nice. 

 

I sometimes make a mushroom sauce, just fresh mushrooms sauteed in butter, a little stock, and finished with a little sour cream. Sometimes I soak some porcini, chopbthem finely to add to the mushrooms and use the soaking liquid instead of stock. Also Herbies Spices have really nice porcini powder which is a lazy way of boosting the flavour.

 

I use a can of Edgells sliced mushrrooms in butter sauce and add plenty of black pepper.

How are the edgell canned mushrooms🤔? In the past I have found canned mushrooms to be a little bland though the water they are soaked does make a good flavouring 😁.

I have eaten these ones for years, for a couple of years these were thin, but now nice and nice butter sauce. I also use the canned button ones but only Edgell, the ones from China not nice. I also use fresh mushies, I am a mushie freak, use them two or three times a week. These buttered ones are my choice, great on steak 🥩 or pork chops or for brekkie on toast.

I love my mushrooms too🤗, my mix is usually fresh and dry along with some of those gourmet mushies like king oysters and shitake.

I believe that when 80% of parents in Aussie are vaccinated the government will be running out of excuses for not restarting cruising. Let the ships sail with fully vaccinated ships. It's got to start sometime.👍

I don't think we should run cruise ships with 80% of pax vaccinated. I believe it would have to be 100%, except maybe for young children who are too young for the vaccine.

Based on the comments I've read on other threads, anything less than 100% fully vaccinated (with the exception of kids) is just asking for trouble. And there must be stringent checks in place to avoid RCI Karen type situations.

I think they were referring to 80% of Australians, not 80% of cruise passengers and yes at that stage the gov has said that international  travel will be reinstated. So cruising may be allowed back with some restrictions

I look at the RMS Traffic Cameras around NSW, in particular, Sydney, still plenty of traffic on the road,  I doubt they are all lawful journeys.
