Today was the first time I listened to their Blog.  I enjoy some blogs but found I had to listen to 3/4 of the clip advertising and desire to hit x numbers of followers.    Some here really enjoy them.

I did see there room when doing laps inside.

Somehow this doesn't surprise me.  There's a whole flock of these "entitled" young people out there.  (But for every "entitled" person there's a really nice person so I guess it all balances out!)

I agree! But it's not just young people. There's a heck of a lot of entitled people in all age groups.

Absolutely not just young people. I was on the Equinox sitting at a very busy bar that was three deep and an elderly lady sitting at a table 15 feet away yelled over everyone and screamed "I want it, when I want it, how I want it, and I want it NOW!!"

Me too I think I might accidentally spill a glass of wine over his head.

That would have been a waste of wine- water would suffice.

I would be interested to know if he is still on the ship.

One male passenger was escorted off the ship in Civitavecchia and 2 women in Gibraltar, for providing alcohol to minors.

Re: the JJCruise utube-

The duo asks "What would you do?" ala John Quinones.

I would have stood up and began clapping while loudly saying that I applaud the waitstaff and understand they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Hopefully the majority of diners in Blu would have stood with me!

OTOH- Senility, dementia, Alzheimer's often leads to a breakdown of conforming to social norms so I would try to be understanding of his inappropriate diatribe.

I wonder how his dinner partner felt.

Well just notified B2B’s will have to be tested on 8/30.    At least we aren’t scheduled until 9:30-10:00 so can stay on our normal schedule.

There are 62 B2B’s only 4 in Suite Class.

They will be doing immigration on the ship in Boston.

Maybe I'm trying to be positive, but I had the same thought, and (not to wish it on anyone) honestly hope that is the reason.

Definitely would say on this cruise there are 100 for each entitled.   Usually you hear them preface with.  - I’m an ELITE Member.  Like the whole crew should bow down.

i personally have not witnessed a single case of disrespect.  Saw passengers bringing  back little gifts for staff.  Those are the ones I have respect for.

The funny thing about the JJ video is that we have been in Blu every night at 5 pm until at least 6 pm on the last leg and 6:30 pm on this leg and never heard this person yelling at the top of his lungs at any server. I’m sure it happened if they say it did. We just didn’t hear it.

Does anyone know the exact date this incident actually occurred at 5:10 pm? I asked our Blu server about it, and he said there was a minor disturbance on the last leg, but not on this one. But at the same time Blu was never packed with 200 people at 5:10 pm on any day on the last leg. However, until about 4 days ago, it was pretty packed by 5:45, but not by 5:10 pm. Just curious.

I use the iPhone 13 Pro Max.   Haven’t yet decisive I will bogey the 14.  Will listen to the specs at the launch.

Okay, your pix and upbeat commentary have gotten me thru a bad knee and now a few aches and pains recovering from the knee.  Since I am so impressed by your pix I’m wondering if it’s more than just the IPhone 13 Pro Max.  I have the 13 Pro but do you have anything other add on beyond your phone camera?

Have a great sea day tomorrow and Halifax the next.  Katie

I have witnessed disrespect. I was standing in line for toast ( a past cruise) Suddenly the 'gentleman' in front of me starts yelling loudly at the crew member  ( obviously in training) who made his toast.  " you burnt the toast , Don't you know how to make toast you idiot" The poor guy was standing there not knowing how to respond so I stepped up and said  " may I have that toast please. It looks perfect to me" I quickly left with my toast and of course disposed of it out of sight.

Interesting.  There are a couple of states in the US that allow parents to give  their children alcohol in a restaurant.  I can’t believe anyone would think that was appropriate international regardless of whether European children drink wine/beer or not!   Glad to hear there are something’s that are being enforced!

My reaction was to ask how yelling changed the settings on the toaster that could have been set to bagel!  I like your solution better!
