Diamond Plus Bonus Amenities

Just reached 340 points. I know there is a list of the additional amenities available, but can't seem to find it. Anyone know how I can find it? TIA

I thought that better toiletries were part of the 340 deal but we only got the white tube stuff and were told G&S were only for Sky and Star class now

little britain- that just doesn't seem right. If it is stated on the Diamond + page, it should be honored. I will be calling soon to update our choices and will mention that.

They will tell you that the white tube stuff IS the upgraded amenities.

We  have been getting G&S in SEA CLASS the last 4 or 5   times on allure,oasis and Harmony. We get the G&S now in Sea class as have been over 340 for a while and just had it  twice last month on Harmony.  They give you the old Tube and thin soap on freedom  class and others  but have to remind them  of points or see loyalty amb and will fix situation.

White tube is an upgrade. The basic cruisers just get the stuff in the dispenser. You may/should get the suite toiletries if you are in a JS and qualify for the upgrades

White tubes in our bathroom in our balcony cabin on Explorer.

We are D+.

We always use our own toiletries so didn't use these.

Our bathrobes were in our cabin when we arrived.

For D+  I'm guessing it's 1 item from the list or or is it more? It says "Choose the bonus amenities" so it sounds like more than 1.

Soooo.....I just realized I should have called C&A to make our requests for our first cruise as Diamond+.  We are less than a week away and it says you need to request 10 days in advance.  Anyone know what happens when you don't specify an item?  I'm guessing we'll get an "Elegant" fruit or cheese tray?😂  We have the deluxe beverage package so I'm not too concerned about missing out on some wine, but curious if anyone knows what happens if a choice wasn't made.
