Reading the above boredom reports about the webinar really takes the wind out of my sails.
I was really looking forward to watching it later tonight after Survivor.

From what I'm gathering from reading this thread, you’d feel like a Survivor when you finish the webinar. 😉

Can anyone suggest the easiest fix when your CC account shows all of your cruises and PUP in your history but shows a 0 points total and the incorrect CC level?

Does this eventually fix itself or do I need to call?

I've not seen this problem.  I long have you had this problem?

I have.

As I said, the PUP's no longer make much difference.

Personally, I don't look the gift horse in the mouth. Than don't participate. And you also said, "At this rate of 1 - 3 CC points and not even monthly, it will be nearly impossible to get to the next level.  🙁" Sounds like you want to play so you can add to your CC cruise points to help get you to the next tier level without cruising.

Man I am nearly 20 minutes into this thing and they are still talking about themselves and each other. I haven't even seen a ship yet!

Quite, only thing of interest was their favourite ports. The only one we had not been to is the Greek one, Santorini.

At least it’s 3 C.C points.

I got to the point where it was telling you to close other applications and such... and it froze there. Reloaded, now it's just a black screen @ gotowebinar

In this day/age (with the bandwidth most people have), I'm not sure why they want you to close everything else.

I have a brand new iPad. No idea why it will not work.

I have a brand-new Mac that froze up.

Usually, I run the webinars on my ancient iPad without issue.

I managed to get through to the end of it on the iPad and snap a screen shot.

Because they don't know what strange apps/programs people might be running.

try living in the peak district UK - we have a key on our router that we use to wind it up before we get enough to watch TV (which is gas powered).

Indeed - but, somehow, I manage to attend Zoom meetings (and gotomeetings) with other companies without issues.

Oh well... I guess it overloads their 286 based servers... lol

..it's the school teacher telling her class to pay attention to her and not the other distractions in the room.

Reading your emails while the webinar is playing?  tisk, tisk  😗

Yeah, I mean it's not like we're trying to watch it using the ship's wifi! 😄

Growing up, my parents required myself and my siblings to share something new we learned at the dinner table. I feel that this instilled a lifelong love for learning.

Always something to learn. Takes more muscles to frown than to smile.

I just watched. My observation is that if the word "incredible" were omitted from the script the video would have been at least 1/3 shorter! That said  I'll gladly take the 3 Captains Club points and say thanks.
