Why can I not talk to a person  by phone does any one know?    They r not answering the phone this is ridiculousL  If any one knows why I would appreciate it Thanks

I called earlier this morning and got a live person in less than 5 minutes

What number are you calling? There may be a long wait time, but there should be a wait recording.

I call C&A desk and never wait more than a minute.

Similar to many other industries, there's a staffing shortage. Part of this is lack of available and qualified workers, and part of this is the cruise line holding back capacity as they recover from hibernation mode. I usually call first thing in the morning or around dinner time on the East Coast 🙂

I don't think a random person here would know why someone at RC is not answering that end of your phone call.

I usually call thru Casino Royale and get right thru, but when I have had to call the regular customer service line this past week, it's been at least an hour wait.  Sometimes they give the option to get a call back and sometimes they don't.  I've also called NCL a few times and had less than a 5-minute wait.

have you tried different times of the day.  Like first thing or perhaps later.

Calling customer service is a bit better than just reservations.

 

BTW what is your question perhaps one of us knows????

Casino Royale is the best of all of the Royal's customer service #s.

If you're trying to find out about the dress code in the dining room, I've heard it's business casual and is strictly enforced.  Hope that helps.

you need to wait patiently on the phone longer to talk to someone.

You can call me, and unless I am already on the phone trying to extend my car's warranty, I'll take your call immediately.  Of course I don't work for RCCL, but at least you won't be able to complain that no one answered your call.

Every company is having the same problem, not just Royal. You have to stay om the phone or call very early. You will get someone.

No one knows why the OP is calling RC.   He may have booked with a TA but has a question about some other issue.  So, no.

I called the UK number and the call was picked up in Miami. Answered fairly quickly and dealt with completely.👏
