That is an odd dose. Here we would use 81mg.

75mg is also given here, Graham @grapau27.

Might be an European thing….

@BonTexasNY thanks for asking, we’re busy… with only 3 full days in Spain, trying to make the most of it.
The late afternoon after we landed (call it a 1/4 day), we passed by the Thyssen museum and noticed that a temporary exposition DH was keen visiting (Lucian Freud) ended the following day. So the dice has fallen— 1st day Thyssen, 2nd day — Toledo, and finally today — the Reina Sofia museum. Turns out this one is closed Tuesdays (after being closed yesterday, along with ALL the others for 1 st of May. Also some markets…. Monday — 1st May, Tuesday — 2 May declared

“bank holiday”….

Luckily, it’s a very pleasant (and huge ☹️) city, with many benches along the ways.

Our feet are killing us - the Thyssen was a gem, we spent there 4 hours, and then we had the Freud expo, were I gave up my ticket and decided to eat a meal at the museum’s cafeteria, while DH went inside for his 14.00 appointment to Freud.

I really wish I had the power feet to continue visiting. Very rich museum. Reminded me of L’hermitage in St. Petersburg.

Tomorrow an early call for the flight home. A very long day awaits us.

More when I’ll be home.

@Tree_skier another day and 2 more games on the pitch. Two victories, 14-4 for the first game and 24/12 the second game. The weather was just above freezing (4C)and drizzle the entire time. Owen got 4 conversions.  He also had 50-22 kick, the first in his high-school’s history.

Proud of Owen but also hope that all of us avoid getting a cold. Later this week going to be in the 20C temp range with sun. Looking forward to that.

He's doing well... Is he still rotating between Fly half and Fullback?

I posted this earlier, have a bunch of his albums, sat next to the drummer from Guess Who a couple of cruises ago and on one of there early albums they had a tribute to him with the song Lightfoot , Dylan was also a fan of his music.

I missed your post about this. I miss a lot of things on this thread.

After leaving the pier I was able to capture some Diamond Head pics without the stairs Helen climbed.

Before we boarded the transport boat we could  see the USS Missouri with a Lighthouse in the

As we were leaving I caught a close up of the USS Missouri.

I once got to spend some time on Missouri's sister, Iowa, when a friend was serving aboard as a corpman. It is a time I'll never forget. Those Iowa class battleships are fascinating.

Yes, he played both today but mostly full back. Today he played 1/2 of the first game and 3/4 of the second game.

Thanks

Yes my Samsung S21 camera that has cellphone capabilities.

The Diamond Head pics had a couple of signs in the way so I deleted them.

From childhood I've enjoyed ship. Ole Ironside and the Mayflower were the first ones I remember visiting when we lived in Massachusetts.

After walking so far I was exhausted and couldn't walk anymore.

We turned the the Rollator into a transport chair.   After a couple blocks things looked familiar.   We were passing Duke's!  Can you just walk by Duke's? So again....

After Duke's I gained energy and was walking again.

Some may remember the Royal UP mistake we made and ended up with a large balcony?  WOW! LOOK AT THE SIZE!

I don't think we will be tempted to book one in the future.

Chairs are not bad.

I had to chuckle at all the sous vide comments.

The dairy farmer I follow on FB (check out IowaDairyFarmer sometime, he's really interesting!) uses a sous vide heater to warm frozen colostrum to feed to newborn calves!  LOL

My older son who is a sous vide fanatic is now raving over his newest appliance, also made by Anova the sous vide people, a combination convection/steam oven:

https://anovaculinary.com/products/anova-precision-oven

It's rather pricey, but he swears by it, and my younger son is planning to buy one also, after he had ribs that his brother made in it.  I like the idea that it does the sous-vide-like cooking and browns the food as well.  Anybody heard of this type oven?

Pretty sure Anova justs wants to get in air fryer market

The hay also  helps keeps the moisture on the grass seed to help it germinate. Reduces the grass seed from blowing off where you placed it to if you get strong winds. The hay will pretty much decompose too if you just leave it there long enough.

I'm like you ,Seems like a lot of work, when I want to eat I want to eat 🙂

FWIW, it actually does pulled pork faster than my BGE

I’m with you Maryann. I still love to cook to entertain & for the holidays, but for just the two of us I’m a lazy cook. Simple, no fuss recipes.  If I could find a small one like John mentioned that fits in a drawer, and could use a zip-lock bag, I might give it a try since I already have an oversized pot.  I just have no interest in more kitchen equipment or gadgets.

It's called a Joule

Not only that, no effort while it cooks.  Maybe when you wake up the next day check the water level.  About the only people that I have heard say it's to hard is those that have never cooked sous vide.

Is there a good  you tube video  showing from start to finish what all is involved with this type of cooking out there?

All aboard!  Boarding from this port was the easiest.  Right across the street from the bus stop and the ship was right there.  The internet didn’t work on my phone this whole time afternoon.  Switched to my iPad and it’s working great now.  So, going back a few hours…

Once on board

Found Ken at the Flow Rider.  Here’s Toby in action
