ldubs Posted September 4, 2020 #27 Share Posted September 4, 2020 I kind of like like this gadget. I know folks who would really want one. I, for real, just bought two! I will be the envy of everyone across California who has to touch a door handle! 😎
Plum Happy Posted September 4, 2020 #28 Share Posted September 4, 2020 Touch anything, just use hand sanitizer. Carry a small bottle with you.
BND Posted September 5, 2020 #29 Share Posted September 5, 2020 (edited) I have always used my knuckle to press elevator buttons. And, not because of Covid, but it's a habit I picked up years ago during flu season. Here's an interesting tidbit, surfaces made of brass and copper are extremely hostile to "germs". Door handles used to be made of brass. Some restaurants and stores have brass handles now. Edited September 5, 2020 by BND

You don't even need to carry a bottle with you. They have public hand sanitizer everywhere now. Cruise ships will probably have them every few feet like they have them in a hospital. pcur Posted September 5, 2020 #34 Share Posted September 5, 2020 I think I'll just continue to use my hands, and sanitize THEM after touching. I don't have to pack my hands, either!! 😁

This should be added to the packing list along with the white noise machines, over the door shoe holders and Door decorations. It’s perfect for those who are afraid of elevator buttons. Are you ready to cruise during the pandemic ?

We take a standard corkscrew and put it in our checked bag. As a matter of fact we just keep it in our luggage so we always have it. Goodtime Cruizin Posted September 6, 2020 #48 Share Posted September 6, 2020 (edited) Actually not too bad of a design but it's missing one key thing... a hook to hang your mask on after you walk through a restaurant and then sit at your table.
