Thanks Jim. I did send proof showing our Zenith level (screenshot of our account) last week. Checked to make sure it was sent. I will re-send the email in a few days.

Could be the admin is on vacation.

Celebrity is not doing their job right. They should have a SIGN showing Suites and Zeniths ONLY instead they put up a sign Suites ONLY.

The sign is very confusing to Zeniths.

Once I reached Zenith most the cloths I sent in was Dry Clean only.

Do not feel bad not to be recognized of  your next milestone.I wasn't recognized either as a Double Zenith.

Verizon, thanks for the information. I don't think we'll feel bad if not recognized on our cruise next month. It would be nice but no big deal, if not. I'm more concerned with arranging the free cruise before the selection dwindles down as time goes on.

And congratulations on being a Double Zenith!!! That's quite an achievement!!

Maybe they're on a cruise.

If you don't have the administrator's e-mail.   Send me and email at my link in my signature.  She posted her address yesterday and asked us to have proof sent to her when we recommend a new member.   I'm sure it's a lot of work.

Can’t speak for anyone else but our on recent B2B the roll on another site had over 1k members.  We have 7N Caribbean later this month,  CC Roll call has 309 posts other one has passed 300 members.  I prefer CC but things are moving in another direction.

I will have to admit I am spending more time over there.    I just checked and my Solstice April 9 has 160 members on FB and no way of really telling on CC.   Both are really quiet and think most just read and don't post.

  • 4 weeks later...

**UPDATE**

Thank you to everyone who provided me with information about expectations once reaching Zenith. I received a call from the Shoreside Retreat Concierge a couple weeks ago congratulating us on reaching Zenith. The call was followed up with us receiving a Zenith box in the mail yesterday. And I received an email from Shoreside asking about any requests needed for our upcoming Mardi Gras cruise on the Constellation next week.

We also booked our free cruise on the Apex for February, 2025. Everything seemed to go pretty smooth.🙂

Fantastic.    Sounds like you will be having your initiation on your next cruise.   You can invite as many of your friends as you like or can have it for just the two of you.     We only had one guest for our event.

Hope they have enough Zenith's aboard for your first Zenith Lunch and reception.

I have been told the merger of the Captains Club and RCLs Crown and Anchor program will be in 2024.  It will be interesting to see how that affects our benefits?  The merged program makes sense as I have heard so many times, while waiting for onboard bookings, that they would prefer to take their grandchildren on RCL but they "don't get any points"......This should drive some new sales when it hits.  I just used my triple zenith credit for my upcoming free cruise, very looking forward.  Though not sure how much further I will progress as I have just done 4 Explora journeys cruises in January and they were Fantastic......Really a wake up call.  Sometimes its nice to switch it up.... Safe sails to all!!!

I think you are referring to the merger of Celebrity's Blue Chip and Royal Caribbean's Club Royale casino programs. And not their loyalty programs.

I certainly hope not. Celebrity would be overrun with Pinnacles !!!

Plus the Pinnacle benefits are much worse than Zenith.

They can only get drinks in the lounge, they don't get a free beverage package !!

One of the requirements is you have to send the Administrator Proof that you are Zenith -  e.g.  a screenshot of your CC Account showing your Zenith or a Zenith SeaPass.

Once received approval is rather quick.    The requirement is to keep non-zeniths and spammers out.

Now the admin wants a screenshot of the Zenith Sea Pass card as proof because she recently experienced potential scammers with the CC account screenshot where two different people sent her the same screenshot!

We hit Zenith in 2016.  "Achieving" a cruise loyalty level  was never some sort of goal for us --just happened.  We never travel with the "pins" and we also haven't bothered with the Facebook "official" site.

The problem with that is one does not have a Zenith seapass card until one has sailed the first cruise as a Zenith.  I achieved Zenith quite a while before I took my first Zenith cruise.  So I would have been barred from membership until after that cruise.  What about a forwarded copy of the welcome email from the Zenith concierge?

I left the group because members who had experienced a less than expected cruise experience were chastised for posing their issues.  The moderator is a travel agent who does not tolerate negative posts as if there were no issues ever on X.

One of the perks of being a Zenith is a free upgrade up to Aqua if cabins are available.

Constellation is sailing at capacity.

On our  B2B sailings there was only one luncheon.

I have never heard/seen this benefit prior.  Would you mind posting where this is written/offered?  Thanks.

I might be mistaken but I thought the Zenith perk of an Aqua cabin was only when reaching double Zenith.

I'm glad that I saw this thread. We made Zenith last year.

On our first cruise after reaching this milestone we thought there would be some sort of “initiation” or recognition. Neither happened.

On the very next cruise we sailed on, there was a Zenith lunch which we were invited to.

Just curious, I wonder if there are others who never were initiated?
