Whenever I watch an episode of Gilligans Island, Lost in Space or The Monkees, I can't believe I spent hours of my youth watching those shows.

I kinda thought Simon & Simon was a spiritual successor to Rockford Files.

That is what I feel when I get to see 40’s and 50’s TV shows

I liked the Dodge Power Ram in Simon and Simon. Not to mention the Chevy convertible. The Camaro in Rockford Files also sticks in my memory.

Still no word about your driveway.  I am beginning to feel unwanted.

Andrew explained.

We have no room in the driveway. We have 6 motorcycles in the garage and barely enough driveway for two cars.

However, you are welcome to stop by for some BBQ.

Fun Fact #1. While the Firebird on the show was portrayed as a low-level, bargain-priced Esprit model since he was a struggling PI, it was in fact a high performance Firebird Formula - which was basically a Trans-Am without the Trans-Am look.  That's what was needed to perform the stunts.

Fun Fact #2. Even though he couldn't afford the higher-priced trims, he always had the latest model car starting with 1974 up to 1979.  James Garner didn't like the looks of the 1979 and later models so they stuck with the 1978 model for the duration of the show.

another sneak peek...there’s an elevator and Nate is obsessed with the garage

still don’t want to jinx it but I’m trying to get myself excited!

we had an emotional last hour. The 19 year step son has left for a 17 hour drive to move to California. Many tears were shed.

Did you make an offer?  I hope all went well with appraisal for current home.
