What’s been your fav?

I’m looking for ideas on our next trip.  What has been your favorite itinerary?  All are welcome!  Thanks for helping me dream/plan

Lots of sea days.  Just booked our fifth and sixth transatlantic / transpacific.  14 night transatlantic on a Oasis class ship sailing with just a handful of kids is now our favorite cruise destination.  happy sailing

I have so far taken two “cruises of a lifetime”. 

 

The first was “Around the Horn” from Florida to California around South America via Cape Horn. 

 

The second was Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii (and Alaska).

out and around to Santorini, Mykonos, Naples, Malta, Rome.

 

Just putting it out there... I think my fave cruise itinerary so far Royal doesn’t do: French Polynesia.

Alaska. We've booked New England/Canada for this September for the fall colors!!

So far, Alaska has been my favorite. We were lucky to be able to do an itinerary that had both Glacier Bay and Tracy Arm Fjord (ended up being Endicott, which was a fine substitute).  

 

My second favorite was our Mediteranean cruise this past spring. It was out of Barcelona and heavy on the Italy ports (4) with one in France. 

 

As for Caribbean cruises, my favorite was our Southern Caribbean cruise out of San Juan with Barbados, St Thomas, St Lucia, St Kitts, and St Maartan being the ports.

Transpacific to or from Sydney that includes Tahiti and the Hawaiian Islands.

New Zealand.

Alaska was amazing. We hope to go back.

Tranasatlantic from Barcelona Spain to Miami was great. Prior Land vacation in Portugal Poland and Italy were fantastic. Airbnb and Uber in Europe were excellent as was the food. Hope to repeat.

Livining in New England love to cruise to Caribbean from New York City or Bayonne.

Love the Grandeur out of Baltimore. Have been blessed with great cruise experiences.

Did similar cruise out of Barcelona had 5 stops in Italy , also loved kotor and Croatia. On brilliance had aft grand suite

Celebrity Millennium -  S.E. Asia, round trip out of Singapore,

Windstar Spirit - Society Islands, round trip out of Tahiti.

Viking Sea - Southern Caribbean, round trip out of San Juan.

Holland America Oosterdam - Land/Sea Alaska, Fairbanks to Vancouver.

Cruise up the Amazon.  It fascinates me.  Any cruise to/from Venice.  Any cruise with Hong Kong.  EM

Really tough question to answer, as most regions we have visited have highlights.

 

For us it would be a smaller ship (1,000 pax)  with no kids that doesn't go to the Caribbean.

Well, to be completely accurate, RC goes to French Polynesia on transpacific cruises. Just not exclusively French Polynesia. 😊

I loved our cruise on Freedom doing Western Caribbean. Looking forward to our cruise on Adventure doing Eastern/Southern Caribbean stops that starts on Saturday.
